What is the Workforce Investment Act?

I charged for my posting even if I receive unqualified candidates?
Jobster controls candidate quality by targeting your jobs to jobseekers with relevant backgrounds and interests. However, like other job boards, Jobster cannot completely control candidate quality and so it’s reasonable to expect that you will receive some unqualified candidates for the total cost of your posting. That said, if you are not satisfied with candidate quality, we are happy to refund your money.The short answer is yes. Does an employee get to choose which program he/she works on?
We determine the best personality and other characteristics for agents for a given client then screen applicants for those characteristics. How do I know if my plant has died?
This isn’t always an easy question to answer, as many environmental conditions can damage the appearance of a plant without killing it. However, the simplest and surest way is to use the scratch test. Simply take your fingernail scratch the ‘skin’ of the bark on the plant in several places OTHER than right on the very tips. DON’T BREAK OFF A BRANCH! If there is green tissue below the skin of the bark, the plant is not dead, and still has the potential to produce new growth.
What ISP (MSN, AOL, Earthlink, etc) should I use for my high speed internet access?
We do not specify any ISP, but require that it provides consistent up time and that you have an unlimited use package. Unfortunately, a wireless connection or satellite broadband do not meet our requirements.
